5 games in, it really amazes me how different our offense is this year. Maybe not so much in concept, but for sure in execution. It isn’t that long ago that our response to the opposing defense stacking the box was to run Tyler up the middle 90% of the time. This year, we run to the outside, we throw to the outside, we throw deep, or run the FB or QB dive, whatever is open.

We have a strong line and good skill players (did you see Udoh outrun the defense TWICE yesterday?) led by the ideal TO QB. Hats off to the team and Worley - the difference is truly amazing.

Granted, we haven’t played anyone particularly good yet, but this team can execute multiple types of plays and adapt as needed.

This start has been really fun to see!!!

I agree. This time last year we were 2-4. The offense clicks this year and it’s fun to watch.
