The petition is so douchey. So pompous and arrogant

In other words, spot on for navy fans

Anything that prolongs the turmoil and infighting works for me.

This petition is not worth the digital signatures and digital paper that it's not printed on. What's the old saying "Hope springs eternal".

I'm sad that Coach Ken was fired. After 25 years serving the Naval Academy and to be discharged in the manner he was, was tough to take. I feel for the guy just like the day our Coach, Bob Sutton, was let go.
Coaching, like many positions in life, are very difficult. Sometimes you are hired knowing full well that some - day you will be fired. The w's do not add up to the l's and then it is over. Not easy.
Just like Sutton, Coach Ken will land on his feet and be a future credit to his coaching profession and the college game, May it be to him.

Coach Niumatalolo is a good man. He's done a lot for Navy. COVID set things back for a lot of programs. I think Niumatalolo deserves to be reinstated as head coach. Niumatalolo is a class act and a proven winner. Gladchuck is not a class act. He's made disparaging comments about Army again and again. Gladchuck was never a college coach in any sport so how would he be able to relate to the challenges of being a head coach? Get rid of him and bring back Niumatalolo.

Yes bring him back. The Navy Athletic Association will go broke. There is a reason that Navy primarily stayed in-house with new football staff. They couldn’t justify paying Coach N for results they can get for much cheaper. That was a big part of the equation. Chester will be next but his geriatric ass will retire. No offense to anyone.

Agree the way it was done lacked class. But Kenny N had gotten too big for his britches and this was probably the cleanest cut to be made. A clean hit and on to the next capo. It is a disloyal and messy business. Couched as a loyal and tidy institution. “Let’s not bicker and argue about who killed who.”

The Navy AD handled the firing of Coach N in a classless manner but the overall quality of Navy sports has risen under his watch.

They have gotten proficient at nearly every sport. Unfortunately.
