ULM Game Thread

Punting on 4th and 1.

From midfield, no less. I can't remember a Monken team doing that. I guess he doesn't yet have the confidence in his offense to follow his traditional analytics.

Since we did punt, it sure would've been nice to pin ULM inside their own 10 yard line instead of into the end zone.

Our short yardage game wasn’t great last year. Even Buchanan lost yardage several times. We were money in past years, though.

Completely ineffective in the red zone the entire day.

If not for the D, would likely be losing this game.

Down to the 12 and then stopped cold on 3 runs.

Settle for FG to make it 13 to 3.

Turned out to be a good decision to punt on 4th and 1. Looks like ULM is only capable of scoring with a short field. Game seems much more lopsided than the score indicates.
