Army vs BC
Army opens as a 4 point favorite vs. BC. Being favored always makes me nervous. We seem to play better as underdogs.

Ticket prices in secondary market $319-100+ depending on location and perhaps weather. And availability is Iimitted. It just does to show bring in the right schools and they will come. USF, Memphis, Delaware state (no market) Tulane UAB are not attractive. or profitable, Troy state is an unknown . Any thoughts

Re: Army vs BC
Would really love to have regular home and home games against Pitt, BC, Syracuse, Wake, Duke, etc. I still believe a league with the leftovers of the ACC when FSU, Clemson, and others leave that league makes a lot of senserbmarmy wrote: ↑Mon Oct 02, 2023 3:23 pm Ticket prices in secondary market $319-100+ depending on location and perhaps weather. We join the AAC, we will have a steady diet of those teams you just mentioned. If we do join this conference, I believe it will bring no more fans whether we play them in conference or out of it to Michie.
Therefore, joining such, it is all about the money. The fans will get bored, don't give a damn, get our share of losing. Hey, I would enjoy the money, but not dishing it out for these games. Receiving the money, I would enjoy like the administrators of course, but I 'aint no administrator.
A truly lousy situation. Even them considering joining brings me a bad case of agita, gas, and associated numbness of the limbs.

Favorite to do what?
Favorite to win?
Maybe a favorite to lose?
Or just be a FAN FAVORITE !!
Maybe they will just grace us with a Premier Hot Dog or a Prime cut Hamburger. The suspense of not knowing what choices will be forthcoming are killing me right now.

Re: Army vs BC
Being favored makes me nervous...prefer to be the underdog.
Hopefully the team made great use of the bye-week and they come out firing on all cylinders like they did against UTSA. I certainly don't think BC is any better than UTSA...so this is a winnable game if we don't beat ourselves.
Anyone hear any news about Robinson? That would be a huge lift for the offense if he was ready to go this week.

Re: Army vs BC
Just noticed the line has changed to Army -3 with about 2/3 of the public bets placed on Army.
