Navy has several seasons of 8-10 win seasons when they would play 4-5 P5 opponents (several were ranked and were defeated) and several quality G5 teams in a year. Meanwhile, we haven't beaten an AP-ranked team in decades.

Air Force has been successful in a conference.

If we want to play FCS opponents all the time, drop down to the Patriot League.

I want no part of the AAC, but our rivals have been successful against difficult schedules. We can do the same.

I’m pretty sure the year we broke the streak, Navy was ranked 25.

Navy was not ranked in the AP Poll. They were ranked in the CFP Poll.
