14-0 at half. D playing fairly well generating turnovers although HC is moving the ball. O has been sporadic; surprised our running game hasn’t delivered more.

HC leads Army in first downs 14 to 5.

That last goaline series say all you need to know about why this offense has to be trashed. Monken and coaching staff are idiots. 4 players starting from the 1.5 yardline and we don’t score

Not really. That was 1 play from the 1.5 yard line where we ran it in and a holding penalty pulled it off the scoreboard. Then it was 4 plays to get 11.5. Can’t keep having dumb penalties! We ran for 17 yards on the first drive but it was a 3-out due to a holding penalty. Penalties are killing us today.

Agree. No flow in the offense.Very erratic, but to be expected a bit because you want to throw around 1/4 of the time and Daily is an erratic passer. Penalties on O hard to overcome.

3 and out in the first series of the 2H. Holding penalty was a killer.

Clearly penalties have killed us with 3 holds called on the same player.

And while D has held, our tackling and soft coverage is really allowing HC to sustain drives.

Every time we’ve been stopped it’s been due to a holding penalty.

I agree penalties are killing us, but after this penalty we made back about 6 of the 10 yards on the first play , then couldn’t move it 4.5 yards in 3 straight plays. Going shotgun in that situation cedes 5 yards we can’t overcome with this offense.

HC killing us in TOP. Some due to the blocked punt, but 2 of our 4 drives (other than end of half) have been 3 and outs.
