Yeah, but they also know it has been decided.

Re: Tulane Game Thread
Watching the post game on ABC shows how great this conference championship is to the program and to the players. All this cannot help but help the recruiting for Army football. Great national exposure.
And they get the chance for national exposure again next week. A win over Navy will top this moment. BEAT NAVY!

For all the nay sayers about joining a conference ... understand this.
So happy for this team and proud of what they've accomplished w 11 wins this year.
This team is rolling... 2 more games to play and win.

Our offense looked better against Tulane than they have in several games. O line dominated. When Udoh started gashing them in the second half, I knew it was over.
What a fun game!
Beat Navy!

Re: Tulane Game Thread
Wow! Absolutely amazing performance last night!
That was a pretty good football team that Army completely dismantled from head to toe last night. 6 drives (not counting kneel downs), 5 TD's - only a turnover on downs at the 3 yard line. 2 passes thrown, 0 punts, 0 penalties. OL totally dominant, RB's making extra yardage after contact, completely wearing Tulane's DL down.
How about the defense? Imagine what the pass coverage must've looked like. QB looked as if he had plenty of time to survey the field on several occasions but not able to find one single open receiver. Bend but not break defense at its very best.
A complete masterpiece on both sides of the ball. Savor it, sniff it, inhale it. Hard to believe it can get any better than this.
Next - have Coach JM have the seniors share how they felt after losing to a Navy team (Meadowlands 2021) that had an inferior record but showed up just a little bit hungrier and wound up wanting it just a little bit more. A sure cure for complacency if there ever was one.

I think I'm still grinning from ear to ear.
GREAT team win! GREAT team achievement!
0 punts; 0 penalties; 0 turnovers = GREAT execution and discipline.

Re: Tulane Game Thread
They also totally invalidated all of the criticisms about their schedule by destroying the other best team in the AAC. If they beat Navy next week, they’ll have beaten 3 of the other top 4 teams in the AAC and a UTSA that came on strong at the end.
No doubt they played some AAC tomato cans early in the season, but they wil have ended up playing all the top teams except Memphis by the time it’s all over.
