Their offense is garbage. Regardless of our opponent, it is a C-USA team. It won't move the needle nationally.

Part of me wants UTSA because they have a weak offense and are probably the best chance for a win, but I also kind of want Marshall since they're the only semi-recognizable "name" school and it would be more of a memorable quality win if we do beat them. We still owe them payback for the Randy Moss game 20 years ago.

A "payback" for Marshall for 20 years is a bit too long for any payback. Most of the current Army team was not born yet or maybe as "old" as 2 years of age.
It was Marshall's very first game as a full FBS member. QB Pennington and RB Moss beat us up that day pretty good.
I prefer UTSA as our opponent. Something new for us and something new is preferable because most times these new teams have never seen the option and that I think benefits us.
