When you deny those who have served, fought , injured or died in serving our beloved country for simple lodging op those who have illegally entered our country, our nation becomes in peril. We have reached that stage. Our land and its people need a reset of values, both spiritually. morally, socially, mentally in all aspects of living in this great land of ours that God has given us. We should at all times be grateful to Him. That means discretion in matters that affect all men to those we come in contact with and those we don't. Obey all our laws and find the peace that comes with it.
Our veterans deserve our utmost gratitude for their sacrifice.

A few years ago, I was fortunate to visit Normandy and the Omaha Beach cemetery. Looking at all those crosses and Star of Davids caused me to cry like a baby but in so doing I realized those men and women died for me and all of us, to give us the liberty we all aspire to.
To deny any veteran a simple place of lodging to watch the greatest game in college football is plainly a disgrace to any citizen of our country. Illegals have no rights here until that day they become a citizen of the United States of America.

Well said. I know the family of one of the Rangers killed on Pointe du Hoc that fateful day. The locals and the cemetery personnel pay special attention to their grave sites.

It was the most beautiful, well-kept cemetery I have ever seen.
When I saw Pointe du hoc, I kept looking at it and I am still amazed how our men scaled that almost vertical mountain with constant German fire.
When I visited there, I had an old medicine plastic container that I put some sand and some small shells in it, bought it home and it sits on my shelf next to my desk as a reminder what our veterans have done and always will do to defend our land. I am proud I have that little container.
