I'm cautiously optimistic. Between the glimmers of success we've seen (UTSA game and 1st half of Syracuse), the bye-week, and reports that Robinson may be ready to contribute...I think Army may be primed for a great game on Saturday.

I think Army gets out to an early lead and plays well enough in the second half to hold on for the W:

Yeah…and overall not feeling very optimistic at this point. The bye-week did nothing to fix the inconsistent play/coaching. Great to have Robinson back at least!

I think this is going to be a long year with a lot of disappointment. Until this team proves it can play 60 minutes of good football, we are going to struggle to win games even against average teams.

Not sure what to think of the experiment with the offensive changes…needs more time to take root and really grow into what it can be? Or early returns being prophetic that this is a bad decision for Army.

Except for a couple of plays, this team could be 4-1. But, you are what your record says you are as Bill Parcells says.
