While you are listing out excuses don't forget to put the cut block rule in there.

Navy is losing for the same reasons we've been losing poor coaching.

I might point back to several years ago when Troy Calhoun was forgoing raises to get more money for his assistants. That is a bigger discrepancy in my mind than NIL or Transfer Portal.

Oh come on. So coach ken, who was always on the lists of best coaches, suddenly forgot how to coach?

I wonder what the discrepancy is between our assistants and our HC. Has JM forgone raises to keep coaches? We have coaches leave every single year. In fact we were beaten by two yesterday. Is that because JM doesn’t attempt to keep them? It seems like coaches are either fired or they run out of here any chance they get.

And then AFA's success is dismissed because they are just "different."

Some coaches just lose their touch.

Air Force has been successful in a conference.

If we want to play FCS opponents all the time, drop down to the Patriot League.

I want no part of the AAC, but our rivals have been successful against difficult schedules. We can do the same.
I’m pretty sure the year we broke the streak, Navy was ranked 25.

I don't know that it's Coach Ken forgot. I suppose we'd have to evaluate his staff changes over time. I have little insight on their staff and how it changed over the years. I'm sure that was part of it and the other part I think is recruiting got tougher for them. There was a point where we didn't go head to head with Navy for recruits and that changed when Monken arrived. So I think that part got harder for them which also had some impact. But just my guesses here.

KN didn't do himself any favors with his fence-sitting on BYU and Arizona job rumors.

For decades The way AF has run its program, recruited, allowed players to “serve” as coaches, etc. even down to them allowing 40+ kids to do covid repeat, is nothing at all like our program

You dont like it, but its 100% true. Comparing AF to us is like comparing the coast guard academy to us. The only similarities are that they are an academy

All you guys gonna beg to be in the AAC because “AF is in a conference” will be the same ones bitching when we are 3-9 every year and our home games are an FCS, Charlotte, tulsa, florida atlantic and uab

Well, I am not a fan of joining the AAC. You know that, wpgrad.
