Frustrating, but ND is simply a better team. I thought we would be able to move the ball against them, but they are totally shutting us down.

Doesn’t help when everyone knows what play we are going to run

Going heavy daily wasn’t the right game plan for us tonight unfortunately

Let’s not now go totally the other way and start killing this team. Notre Dame kicking the shit out of them was always a plausible outcome in this game. They still won those 9 games before this. Still a lot of big games left in the season. UTSA next week, who’s been scoring a ton of points lately, then the conference Championship, then Navy, then a Bowl game.

You're right neumanna1. No matter the outcome here this is still a dream season. We have a lot of football left to enjoy.

9 games against god awful teams.

If we had Navy’s schedule, our record would not be it be as good.

Our awesome D has been found beyond suspect today against real competition and our one dimensional offense has lost its luster. You could see it start to happen against North Texas when nothing was happening on offense.

9-0 is great and it is a good thing we literally have the weakest powder puff schedule there can possibly be because ultimately, this is not a very good team. Same play calling, same vanilla O, same bend but don’t break but we bend all the damn way to our own end zone D. Difference this year is a couple of key playmakers and an extremely weak schedule.

Navy lost to ND 51-14 and they had 6 turnovers and you think that won’t be a likely disastrous game too…god I hope and pray not…but just saying…the math ain’t mathin when you start to compare records and score results.

So let’s see what they do the next 3 games. Yeah the schedule was easy so far but I’m not gonna declare them frauds because they got killed by freaking Notre Dame. There’s still some real good teams left thst are much better barometers for them than this game tonight. If they lose out, yeah you can certainly consider them paper tigers, but if they beat UTSA, best Tulane, beat Navy, and win their bowl game, are we going to consider that all null and void because of tonight?

That penalty is called “personal foul - the refs feel bad for Army - 15 year penalty”
