Wilson is strange.

Hyper aggressive all game but now he plays it safe down 21-7 while Army getting the ball to start the second half.

Wilson trying to beat Army at its own game by running the clock down and going for it on fourth down. It's worked for one TD but, for the most part, it's been bizarre. There's a saying in hoops that "pressing teams don't like to be pressed" e.g. throwing a team's own game back in their face. I guess we'll see if it's applicable in football.

Last year it seemed daily barely missed on a ton of the passes he seems to be nailing this season

Tulsa has more than 2X Army’s TOP. Unusual in itself, but stranger still that Army is up 21-7 with that stat.

It is not a bad strategy.

But not being more aggressive before halftime down 14 when Army receives the second-half kickoff counters that philosophy.
