Navy lost to ND 51-14 and they had 6 turnovers and you think that won’t be a likely disastrous game too…god I hope and pray not…but just saying…the math ain’t mathin when you start to compare records and score results.

Navy also lost to Rice who we destroyed. I don’t think that’s an apt comparison either honestly, but we won’t need to use the transitive property on who’s better between Army and Navy, we’ll find out in 3 weeks.

why is our offense regressing to daily or bust

Not good when the entire stadium knows our play.

Frustrating night for sure. No reason to abandon this team. They still have a lot to play for. Let’s not forget that they were forecast to be middle of the pack I. The AAC and are in the championship game. We just can’t let ND beat us twice.

This is difficult to watch. Time to think about UTSA. Please take the starters out before anyone else gets injured. An incredible ride to get to this point, but the only value to be gained for the rest of 4Q is to give backups some game experience.

I just rewatched the game with “fresh” eyes. Honestly, Notre Dame is a multi million dollar team and it’s obvious. They have the talent and speed we just will never have.

Defense played hard but we couldn’t stop them. Struggled stopping the pass and the run. Excellent goal line stand but then we give our offense the ball on the 2 yard line.

Offense tried to do different things. When we tried to use the perimeter, we couldn’t block the outside and only gained a yard or two. Giving the ball to 6 only gained 2 yards. Notre Dame was playing man coverage with better athletes, pass not open. Running daily gained 4-6 yards so that’s what they did. Not ideal.

Special teams didn’t do much to help. The blocked punt in the first quarter didn’t set a good tone.

Tough loss. Forget about it and move on. We have a lot to play for.
