After all that….. salvation awaits
After all the weeping and gnashing of teeth, myself included, plus the public flogging of our staff……
We do to navy this year, what they did to us last year, and 6-6 heading to a bowl smells pretty good
Beat Navy

Maybe this will be like the ‘98 game. After two years of watching a fast, but ineffective qb, Sutton removed goff and put in Gerena. Any chance Monken will remove Tyler if we have multiple 3& outs?

Who would he put in? Jones? He looks ineffective as well. Ballard? He’s barely played this year. I expect a heavy dose of Tyler versus Navy.
I for one will be very glad when all three of them are gone.
Monken will be forced to start Daily. Let’s hope he is better than what we have currently.

I hope we trounce the squids, but our defense will have to play MUCH better than they did today. They will have to play like they did vs. AF. If BD has the balls, intelligence, luck, or whatever to run more than two plays we will have a good chance.
Surely no one (no matter what your opinion of him is) doubts that Tyler will start the Navy game. Given what I saw today, it is the right call. Jones was missing something today and Ballard was ineffective until he got hurt.
Beat the squids!

15 years ago we’d be doing backflips to be 6-6 and beating navy
My least enjoyable year In 30 years but…..
Hoping we see some specific targeted changes

That was then and this is now. The product is lousy. You are what your record says you are.

IDK, Army was a hand full of plays from being 9-3, teams that won two of those one-possession games are playing for the CUSA championship and AF finished 9-3, so maybe slightly better than 6-6 looks, but yeah!

I would rather finish 6-6 and beat Navy then finish 9-4 and lose to them.
