probably beating a dead horse, but having the game in gilette stadium is a disappointment.

i have hotel reservations in both boston and providence and haven't decided on where to stay yet. I went to the AOG site to see if there was a room block or something in down town boston at a centrally located "army headquarters", and its a bunch of random courtyards and fairfield inns in the middle of nowhere.

One of the the best aspects of the A/N experience for me is linking up with everyone at the army headquarters at the Marriot in philly. baltimore isn't bad because everything there is also centrally located and easy to link up with folks.

doing the game in boston is a total pain in the ass. meadowlands and DC won't be much better.

My understanding was that Army would be in Boston and Navy would be in Providence. Don’t remember where I heard that but I think that is the plan.

I would treat that game like it is a true road game. Kraft and Belichick are huge supporters of Navy football. We will get the sh*t end of the stick on everything there.

Why did we agree to that location?

Back when this country didn't suffer extreme taxation without fighting back.
