Fagot is a douche - based on his comments, Belichick saw it, too. You don’t hear coaches often bad mouth a player, but I am sure this was well deserved.

No love lost for Fagot but you are going to have to provide a link for me to believe a head coach said something like that about a player.

I think Elijah Riley and Jon Rhattigan also made the 53 man roster for Steelers and Seahawks.

He was a complete jackass during the '21 A/N game, openly taunting T-Rob, Anderson, and others throughout the contest. Afterwards, during the news conference, he intentionally mocked The Army Team for claiming to be "Last of the Hard". He said, "They're not, they're just our little brothers".

I'm with you on that. I just don't think Belichick's quote in the picture is accurate.

The fact that Fagot has no class is not in dispute.

Navy has put out a couple of jackass linebackers in recent years. Besides Fagot, Taylor Heflin comes to mind. Loved to talk sh@t and was one of the dirtiest service academy players I’ve seen. Absolutely hated him.

And in contrast, one of the many excellent characterizations of the players on Jeff Monken's football teams, along with Toughness, Effort, and Execution, is HUMILITY. Those 4 qualities are even on his business card.

A guy like the asshole on this thread (I won't use his name for fear of intentional misspelling) could never play for Jeff....

Fagot is probably the most unlikeable player in my 30+ years of Army fandom. Dirty and arrogant. The kind of kid who puffs his chest out when his 3-8 teams beats somebody.
