Navy up 14 to 7 as Memphis D falls apart.

Gonna be a tough year if AF and Navy find a way to make the old flexbone work and our new offense struggles. Wild game at the end.

Memphis did a lot to try and give it away between horrible tackling, fumbling the exchange on the 1 yard line and throwing a pick with 2 minutes left in the game up by 4. I wasn’t overly impressed by the play of the Mids.

Well they came within 4 of tying and were inside the RED ZONE with less than a minute left, So quality of play is in the eyes of the beholder. But if Army plays the way it did against ULM and Navy like against Memphis last nightm who do you think would Win??

Memphis totally forgot how to tackle, but Navy’s D looked legit. They POUNDED the Memphis QB. If our new O doesn’t continue to progress, Navy will be a real challenge.

I didn’t get to see much of this one but Navy’s offense looked decent from what I did see. Hopefully Army’s will come along too.

Did you all see that 4th down call that Navy tried to get with 9 seconds remaining.
That Linesman places the ball up field a full yard to give the Mids a first down. Upon further review , they moved the ball back and gave Memphis the ball to run out the clock. That guy should be fired for pulling a stunt like that. Can't some of these 'impartial justices" be at least honest? Clearly evident on the TV what that guy was trying to do.
Must be a Navy vet. :)

Navy showed what you can do when committing to putting serious pressure on the QB.

When we are on the road these last few years we have seen a lot of games officiated by home conference officials. Previously we had neutral officials from another conference for the games. Just look at some of the calls we were screwed on or at least were questionable.
