While you are digesting what has happened to us tonight remember this.

LSU was ranked 109th in total defense coming into this game.

Amd better than any other defense we’ve played against this year. What a weird post lol. Unless you’re really going to try to argue that teams like BC and Troy were better defenses?

Not sure you get it. These guys own us talent wise. However that's why you run under center triple option and get a real o line coach. Even Grambling put up 10 points on LSU. They are a great team no doubt. But we have done nothing offensively. LSU has given up significant points to almost every opponent they played this year. We have been lucky to get to mid field. Pay attention this is as much about scheme and coaching as it is anything.

So maybe your post should be “LSU is the biggest, fastest, and most talented team we’ve played against”. (Duh)

The total defense ranking you posted is meaningless. That same ranking has Ohio, not Ohio state, but Ohio, as the fourth best defense in the country.

LSU is by far the best defense, offense, and overall team we’ve played against in four years.

I’m not saying we are playing well, but what are you insinuating? The scheme where we ran a 5’9 Tyler straight into the defense tackle 20 times a game would have faired better tonight?

Let's be clear a well run under center triple team even with Tyler is better than this a likely to at least put up points and likely doesn't have 3 picks. Catch a clue yes this is a great defense but we are giving them a ton of help

The same tyler offense than ran 43 times for 98 yards in regulation versus navy?

Well well....maybe you haven't been paying attention but Tyler didn't start the Navy game. Cade Ballard did and we ran out of the gun for the first 3 series and went 3 and out each time.

So no. Not exactly that offense.

If would help if you guys paid more attention.

While we are all frustrated and disagreeing. The issue of the old offense and the new is the same issue and I've been saying it for a while. It's the O line play.

This is now 3 games this year where our offense hasn't scored a touchdown.

Three games without a Touchdown!

And here is another horrific stat: Unless i missed it, Army didn't cross the 50 the entire game. Not sure I've seen that before outside of Pop Warner or HS. We really are in Berry territory with the new offense.

I get the motivation to make a change but obviously its not working. Easy to see them going 0 - fer for the remaining schedule.

No we did cross midfield a couple of times but never not once got to the red zone. It is an offensive embarrassment on every level. Way more than just having a freshman QB
