Ok, for those who were concerned about JM's mindset (including me), this clarifies things a little. He's obviously dissatisfied with our current offense (thankfully), and more importantly, he's apparently not of the opinion that "it needs more time" or that "it's a work in progress". That alone is reassuring. Rather, it sounds like we'll maybe keep whatever worked in the gun (not a lot, imho) and include what we formerly did well under center. Kind of a hybrid, I guess...
