On a happier (and more civil) note

Nice sweep of the stars by the ladies and men today! Men tried to give it away in both regulation and OT but got bailed out by the middies with less than a second left. Chalk it up as a character builder for a young team.

And the 8th ranked men’s lax team avenged last year’s opening season loss with a W against UMass.

I think we’d all agree that’s a good day!

I agree! Making three foul shots to win an Army-Navy game is high performance under pressure

My favorite part is when the paraded the CIC to center court. Nothing like reminding the Miss where the trophy lives. At the end of the men’s game Monken was out on the court several times during time outs getting the crowd pumped up. The Navy coach was pissed and was asking the refs to give him a tech. Very comical.
