Maybe I am mistaken but I always thought that the pants of a player would have to cover the knee but in recent years many college players appear to wear their pants way above the knee and almost like short bathing suits.
I guess the college rule is you can wear ANY ARTICLE OF JERSEY ANYWAY YOU DESIRE.
i KNOW THE NFL REQUIRES FULL SOCKS UP TO KNEE, FULL PADDED KNEE PROTECTION AND TUCKED- IN JERSEY TOPS.
