FAU Prediction Time

Looking forward to the game Saturday, especially after the strong performance Friday night.
When I first saw the Mich St - FAU score, my initial thought was "uh-oh" since FAU played them respectably, losing only 16-10. But digging into that game's stats a bit more, I think it was more of a case of Mich St not being very good: 140 yards of penalties and 3 turnovers. The Spartans were picked to be near the bottom of the Big 10 this year, so not too surprising they didn't play very well...yet they still managed to win against FAU, which says something about the Owls. One stat that stuck out is Mich St averaged 4.8 yards rushing on FAU. I think that bodes well for Army.
Going to be hot in Miami of course, but I think Army O will be able to establish the run, move the ball and control the clock effectively, limiting the FAU offense. This will be a classic Army football win, as long as they can stay hydrated to avoid cramping up and minimize mistakes.
