Navy got a huge jump in all the rankings with the win over Memphis...We'll see if that Memphis bump sustains as the season goes along.

It will probably hold for a while. Navy’s next 3 games are UAB (111), AF (114 - makes me smile every time), and Charlotte (128). All ranked below 100.

Memphis plays MTSU (126), S. Fla (79), N Texas (84), and Charlotte (128). Unless they fold the tent like AF has since we beat them, they should win those which makes Navy’s win over them as a ranked team look pretty good (which it was).

Of course, Navy plays ND after that. ND did lose to N. Illinois, which is currently ranked 2 spots above Navy, so who knows.

Does this mean that all but 2 games are considered to be potential trap games for Army? Yikes, what a difference a year makes! Biggest trap game I see is AFA - not that long ago it was considered common knowledge that all the Falcons had to do was show up to win big. That shoe is certainly on the other foot now.

For Army-Navy game I looked at the secondary market and saw the cheapest tickets on sale for ~$600 in AUGUST! Can't even imagine what they must be going for now.

Weather forecast for Temple game is 75 degrees at kickoff with high humidity - I look for the Temple D-line to be gassed out by early second half and Army to dominate TOP.

However, why the hell does Army and Navy have to play Notre Dame? From now on get them off the schedule and don't think about them. we could both have a high rating without them instead of cannon fodder.
Schedule within your bounds and stay away from top 10 semi-pros as these team already are with this NIL crap we now have.
This game coming up in Yankee Stadium (baseball field and a farce) will not be a dream. Our rivalry with ND is long over as we perpetuate a memory over great games of the past.
Navy plays ND every damn year because ND helped the Irish during WW2 with that V8 program saying the Irish would play every year as long as Navy wanted to play them.
BOLDERDASH !! the reason in my opinion is that ND has a perpetual "gimmie" on their schedule to pad their win column, so they play them. That is the real reason.
ND has dumbed down their schedule with teams like NIU and Miami (OH) instead of playing a power 5
schedule, i.e., Alabama, Georgia and teams of that nature.
Then when they actually play somebody good in the playoffs, they stink out the joint.
If Army should ever schedule ND again, play them at Michie and if ND will not forget them forever.
