My understanding is that all Army HOME games were the property of CBS Sports until around 2006/7. Will that game be on both stations?

I do think that games on the ESPN family of networks will reach a larger audience nationwide.

For me, it is wonderful to be able to watch almost all Army football games on TV.

Yes, it is great to be able to see all Army games but all the espn stations really suck. I mute the volume whenever watching. The commercials are also very annoying as well. If it weren't for the Army games I would never watch those channels.

And according to the official Army West Point sports site the game will be televised on ESPN2 from Michie at 1200. First Army home game on ESPN network since 2009 according to the official Army West Point site. I am going to guess that the latest update (ESPN2) is correct.

I’ll be at the game so the actual broadcast doesn’t make much difference to me, but a lot more people get ESPN2 than get CBS Sports Network, so having a home game on there is probably a good thing occasionally.

If you don’t like the broadcast crew, and most of them are terrible. Sync the game up with the Army radio broadcast. You can get it for free on the varsity network app.
