If Tulane wins and Army likewise takes care of business over UTSA (currently ranked 103 in the CBS Sports Poll which has Army @ 18) they will have identical unbeaten Conference records and good chance will play the evening of Friday December 6 @ Michie.
That location will be based on the Conference's tie breaker rule which gives the hosting nod amongst teams with identical records to the highest ranked team. Sure, things could change ( ex. Army gets routed by ND and it's ranking plummets) but right now the AP Poll has Army @ 16 (!!) and Tulane @ 25. For what it's worth, Navy is both unranked and doesn't even earn any votes in that poll.
For that reason even IF Navy beats Tulane, the Conference Championship should be held @ WP.
It of course gets murkier if Army doesn't get it done vs UTSA.....
The line opens with Tulane a 6.5 point favorite over Navy

This is a good breakdown of this, thanks. Tulane also plays Memphis their last regular season game, which is no pushover. So although besting Navy would put them in the title game, they could still drop that game, which could also help Army in terms of home field.

Just saw that Tulane-Memphis game is on Thanksgiving night too, if you can stave off the post-dinner food coma, should be a good thing to tune in to.
