Ok... 9mins to go in the 2nd and we just recovered on the kick off from the hit.
Gotta start a thread here. Army up 14-0. Looking really good. Tulane missed 2 kicks and coughed up the kick-off. LETS GO!

I know the ethos is to be aggressive at every turn, but I would’ve taken the points there.

I never like running to the sort side of the field. I agree, taking the points makes sense. 4 minutes to go and Army gets the ball in the 2nd half.

We need to take any points we can get at this juncture prior to the half.

Don't know why they would short kick to the 30. Starting Tulane at their own 40 wasn't too smart ???

Tough to let up that score by 21-7 at the Half is still good. Have an “Army drive” to start the 3rd and take 8 minutes and go up 28-7.
It’s not that cold!

Mario Williams, who scored the Tulane TD, is a multi-transfer guy. He started at Oklahoma, went to USC with Lincoln Riley, and then to Tulane. I wish he'd have stayed at one of the first two schools.

Good 1st half...only disappointments were coaching decisions. Take the FG up 14 to get the three score lead. Kicked a shorter pop up on kickoff and gave away 15 yards.
Kids playing tough. Run game is working. Gotta continue to spread the line just a bit so Tulane can't just stuff the middle.
21-7 at half, but a long waus to go.
