I don't understand the urgency of this timeline.

If the choice is JM is it really that critical that they find a way to try to upstage the Army Navy game?

Having been to morgantown more than once...if he wants to leave THAT badly......wow (then again, highland falls isn't exactly a metropolis)

Both hires now seem likely. And, hard to see another top job this year that would interest JM.

Morgantown may not be a draw but a Power 5 job and the $ 4 million their last coach was paid may be enough.

Brian hartline is one of the most respected assistants in the country. Turned Ohio state into wide receiver university.

I gotta imagine the West Virginia fan base would revolt if they hired monken over Hartline.

The addition of Hartline to the mix tells you that they aren't going to hire Monken.
