Based on your breakdown, if Army splits the "either way" category, that would get Army to 7-5 with a bowl invite and possible CinC trophy.
Just going straight-up, if Army wins against all the teams ranked lower in the preseason, that's a 9-3 record.
I think that's unlikely...Army seems to always have 1-2 games just slip away for one reason or another.
6-6 seems like a reasonable floor, with 7-5 or even 8-4 being within reach reasonably I think. 9-3 would be fantastic, especially this first year in the conference.
But, these preseason rankings and predictions are a crapshoot really. I do think Army will be better than last year, so I'd likely settle on 7-5 if I had to put any money on this season...with a great bowl win to wrap it up and finish 8-5.
