Army is #8 and Navy is #5, both up 1 spot. Boise State and UNLV are #1 and #2. While we don’t know how the CFP Committee will rank teams, to make the playoffs (I know, there is A LOT of football left) Army will 1. Win the ACC and 2. Be the top ranked group of 5 champion. This poll gives us an idea where we are vs. potential champions of other conferences.
