The end of this season is shaping up to be an all-time "sad trombone." Not sure I'll even watch the bowl game.

Army was not prepared starting with the kickoff going OB.

No plan on handling Navy’s offense. Navy just wanted it more.

Maybe it’s a result of having to play last weekend?

I don't care what else you do in the AN game, if you show up with less emotion, you are going to lose.

Army will respond with an 8-minute FG drive.

The excuses have started for Monken.

He has been the heavy favorite in 2021 and 2024 and both times got smashed in the mouth.

Especially since we didn’t have to play in the Independence Bowl this year - Buddie did it to “honor their commitment to us” or something similar. Now we have a crap team and a likely loss to Navy to end a great season.

I am not making excuses. This is inexcusable. I don’t think the guy could coach anywhere but Army.

He is an average coach that got very lucky with a special player this year.

But I do believe this is going to be the official take

Buddie took the easy way out of arguing for another slot.

Navy's AD runs circles around him.

Who cares if the IB wanted us? Do what is best for Army, not a crumbling bowl in a poverty-stricken city.

No doubt that at this point of the season, Navy is the better team. Army not only losing this game, but Navy winning it convincingly.

Congratulations to the Midshipmen. They clearly dominated Army today.
