College Game Day's Pete Thamel just confirmed that as well.
Reported that QB1 first practiced on Thursday but that he moved without restrictions and like "he didn't miss a beat".......

I noticed at some point yesterday the line had tightened to Army -2.5. It's now back up to Army -6 with the news Daily is starting. Hope he is not only his "normal" self, but a hungry version of himself ready to unleash some hell on these guys after having to miss the game against AF last weekend.
