Challenges for Navy
Navy gets its second straight game against a pass-happy offense. Last week the Mids gave up over 330 yards passing for three touchdowns in their loss to Houston. SMU doesn’t look quite as explosive as Houston but they are piling up aver 330 yards passing a game. The Mids did pretty well stopping the run against the Cougars, allowing just 86 yards on 31 carries (2.8 ypc). To beat SMU they have to be much better defending the pass.
Saturday’s game kicks off at 7:30 PM ET. Watch on the ESPN2 Network.
