This is a battle between two teams that are off to great starts in the 2019 season. Navy looks a little better than Tulane, though. You look at the common opponent Memphis. Both Navy and Tulane played at Memphis. Navy fell by 12 and was in the game until the very end while Tulane was blown out by Memphis, 47-17. Navy is the clear favorite here but the Mids can’t afford to take Tulane for granted.
